21 août 2021 · It's not the video card or its drivers (which are the latest already, BTW). This worked fine until a few days ago. It still works fine for all streaming services except Primevideo. It also works fine on other browsers, including Chrome which runs on the same Chromium engine as Edge.

Amazon Prime Video App no longer working on Xbox One. Within the last several days my Prime Video app stopped working. I've since uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However, since reinstalling (even if I wait several hours before clicking on the app to launch it) all it does is pop up the "Getting your app ready.
